Storms at the Airports and During Flight - Observation and Forecast
Novozámský, Adam ; Hudec, František (referee) ; Krška, Karel (advisor)
This thesis is focused on describing convectional storms and all the phenomena that goes along it. Marginally describes methods of storms prediction, ways of its observation and some simple principles, which every pilot should know and follow in cases, that he meet’s storm during flight. In the end, the success of storm prediction using CAPE index is assessed.
Therapeutic effect on constitutional hypermobility of the shoulder using selected elements of developmental kinesiology
Stýblová, Jaroslava ; Ježková, Martina (advisor) ; Pešicová, Lucie (referee)
Abstraction Bachelor's thesis "the therapeutic effect on constitutional hypermobility in a shoulder joint using selected elements of developmental kineziology" deals with constitutional hypermobility, joint instability in the shoulder joint and its therapeutic effect by using developmental kineziology. For the practical part of the selected kasuistika of two patients, with whom the practice was the strengthening of the muscles of the shoulder girdle, and thus affecting the instability in the joint. Therapy takes place over a period of six weeks, when probandi practiced once a week for 90 minutes with the therapist and further every day 15 minutes without a therapist. After a six-week therapy was carried out control tests. Rehabillitačním effect was achieved partial improvement of stability, coordination and propriocepce in the joints.
Case report of physiotherapeutic care of a patient with diagnosis status afte knee joint injuries
Patíková, Denisa ; Malá, Jitka (advisor) ; Charvát, Robert (referee)
Title: Case report of physiotherapeutic care of a patient with diagnosis status afte knee joint injuries. Objectives: The aim of this work is processing of the case study of a patient with diagnosis status after knee joint injuries, designing therapy and monitoring its process, a summary of theoretical konwledge of given diagnosis, especially about the instability of the knee joint. Methods: This work was created as a research with case study during continuous professional practice in Institut klinické a experimentální léčby held from 4. 1. 2016 to 29. 1. 2016. The work consist of general and special part. The general part deals with theoretical knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics of the knee joint, injuries and the possibilities of physiotherapy procedures. The second part describes case study of a patient after knee joint injuries with instability, the process of suggested therapy and evaluation of its effect. Keywords: knee joint, instability, rehabilitation
Physiotherapeutic Techniques in Shoulder Joint Instability using Kinesio Taping Method
PELEŠKOVÁ, Michaela
This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of physiotherapeutic techniques in shoulder joint instability using the Kinesio Taping Method. It is divided into two parts. In the first theoretical part you can find a chapter dealing with anatomy of the shoulder, biomechanics, kinesiology and instability itself, its types, possible causes, symptoms and treatment including the possibility of conservative as well as operative therapies. The second practical part focuses on various examinations, methods that can be used. There are also the results of the qualitative research which was based on casuistries. I examined four patients at the age range from 21 to 30. The patients underwent an in-and-out kinesiological analysis, a therapy where I tried to find suitable methods for stabilization of the shoulder joint. I also made a long term rehabilitation plan. The first goal of my thesis was to verify the effects of the chosen physiotherapy. The second goal was to prove the suitability of the therapeutic method Kinesio? Taping into therapy. The question of the research was if the planned therapy can improve the shoulder joint instability in case of the chosen patients. Improvement was reached in all cases, however it was not striking. The biggest factor was the cooperation during the therapy, especially the excercises at home. Each person preferred different exercises and different types of Kinesio Taping methods. This thesis can be used in the physiotherapeutic practices and as educational material for patients switch this diagnosis.

Instability of hocks caused by excessive load and sports injuries, options of further physiotherapy
BÁRTOVÁ, Lenka
For my bachelor theses I have choosen the topic "Instability of ankle joint caused by excessive load and injuries at sport with possibility of subsequent use of physioterapy." I have made such choice because I wanted to find out more about this issue. Injuries at sport are more often nowadays and it disturbs locomotor system. Instability is a problem of not only proffesional sportsmen but also of recreational sportsmen and people with hypermobility who has got increased ligament laxacity before any injury. In current modern times are sportsmen especially sportsmen on racing level under the pressure of their coaches and they often don't respect needed time for regeneration and recovery. Then correct healing of impared issues is not properly done and injury can happen again. Stable ankle joint is important for the whole locomotor system for stability of the whole leg because it's connected with other body parts through muscles chains and when any of the segments is instable, it influences others as well. In the theoretical part I write about anatomy of ankle joint, ligament system that is very important for its stability and then also muscles in the area of shank and ankle joint, possible joint injuries, frequency of injuries at particular sports and also outside and inside impacts that influence injuries. In the theoretical part I present function of a leg vault, when its shape and deformities can influence also ankle joit stability. I consider the sensomotor system importance as when integrity of a joint is impared it can cause bad feedback for the central nervous system. In conclusion I am concerned with methods and physioterapy tools for instability healing. In the practical part I have done qualitative research using input and output kinesiological analysis and for objective examination I have choosen posturographic examination with NeuroCom system that was used before and after the therapy in the Physioterapy centre on Health and social faculty in České Budějovice. Input and output datas were compared in the end of the research. The research was done for two months. Research sample consisted of six patients, who had instability symptoms and in their anamnesis they had repeated injuries of ankle joint. Age range was from 20 to 26 years and one half of them are proffesional sportsmen or did sports in past. I have made exercise unit written into a brochure, that everybody got home. During individual therapy we focused on muscles strenghtening and improving of proprioreceptions through various balancing tools and improving of the overall body bearing. I have found out from the research that injuries that often repeats especially because of bad healing or because of underestimation of this issue by a pacient and a coach. Subsequent instability impacts the overall body stability, especially in standing on one foot or in standing on a narrowed base. This theses could serve for healthcare workers as a study material and also for non-proffesional public especially for sportsmen and sports coaches.
Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis: the anterior cruciate ligament of the knee joint reconstruction
Hájek, Tomáš ; Novotná, Irena (advisor) ; Křížková, Štěpánka (referee)
Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis: the anterior cruciate ligament of the knee joint reconstruction. Objective: Summary of theoretical knowledge and processing of study reports of a patient with the diagnosis: the anterior cruciate ligament of the knee joint reconstruction. Abstract: This thesis consists of two parts. The general section includes anatomical and biomechanical aspects of anterior cruciate ligament, as well as epidemiology, diagnosis, the most common causes and treatment of rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament. The special section includes the case study regarding the physiotherapy treatment of the patient. Therapy was focused mainly on the patient's knee joint stability restoration. The case study was prepared at the time of the author's practice, from 14th February to 2nd March 2011, at the ambulance department of the Regional hospital in Kladno. The Ethics Committee expressed its positive attitude towards the case study. The original version can be found in the Annex, as well as the informed consent template. The signed original of the consent is in the author's possession. Keywords: Ligamentum cruciatum anterior, knee joint, anatomy, biomechanics, instability, rupture, damage.
